Year 9 Barbeque 5th February

The parents of the Year 9 students were invited to meet their children's teachers while sharing lunch together.

Swimming Sports 7 March

Competitive events were held in the morning and fun events took place in the afternoon.

Athletic Sports 27 February

The hot weather of the day did not prevent students from performing well on the day and house competition was hotly contested.

Relay for Life 8 - 9 March

As a lead up to this event, a cancer survivor spoke in assembly. The school entered a team of 19 students. Over the 24 hour period, the team ran just over 25 laps per hour and were placed 10th in the number of laps completed.

North Island Secondary Schools' Athletic Championships 5-6 April

Leana Marshall and Nick Timmer were chosen to represent Manawatu in the Championships.

School Cricket Team vs Staff/Parent Team 5 April

The school cricket team came off second best when they challenged the staff/parent team. Rumours were rife that the staff had a couple of "ring-ins" from the English team which toured recently.
