Am I enrolled?
Your receipt shows you are enrolled and the date your course starts
- make sure you bring it to your first class. If there is any doubt
your course will not start we'll let you know.
Where
do I go?
Classes start in the Hall, unless advised otherwise in the programme. Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class start time. You will be introduced to your tutor who will direct you to your classroom.
Class Times?
Refer to the programme for the start time of your class.
Will I receive more information?
Generally no. Additional information is not issued unless there are specific requirements for your class, or your class is cancelled.
Please read details in the programme carefully - enrolments are
accepted on the understanding that you have read them.
What do I bring?
Refer to the programme and bring pen and paper. Your tutor will
tell you what else is needed at the first class.
What if I can't come to a class?
If you know you will miss a class advise your tutor in advance.
If your absence is unexpected you can contact the office to record
your apology.
What does my course fee cover?
Your course fee covers tutors' salary and the provision
of some materials. For some courses textbooks and consumable materials
will be extra - please refer to the programme.
Is there help with fees?
The same low fees apply to everyone.
What about refunds?
* If the course doesn't start, you will receive a full refund.
* If you withdraw 8 days or more before the start date, a refund of the course fee less $10 Administration charge will be paid.
* If you withdraw less than 8 days before the start dates, no refund will be paid.

What about Transfers?
A transfer to another course may be available, if application is
made at least one week before the course starts.
