Electronic Enrolments

You will be provisionally enrolled subject to payment. You will receive an email with our bank account number and a reference number;
Deposit the course fee into our bank account using the reference number supplied;
Confirmation of enrolment will be emailed to you once payment is received together with important information regarding your course/s. If requested, a receipt will be posted to you.
Manual Enrolments
Complete an enrolment form;
Mail in the enrolment form and payment or visit us at the College Office;
You are advised for security reasons not to include cash in postal enrolments;
You will receive a receipt(s) which confirms your enrolment.
Important Points to Note:
You will be notified one week prior to the course start date if there are particular material requirements for your course.
You will be notified by mail if a course has been cancelled.
Please note your course start date and time as reminder letters are not issued.
Non-permanent Residents
Non-permanent residents may enrol in courses if there are spaces available but must pay an additional fee for the course. Please check with the College Office for more information.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If the course doesn't start: You receive a full refund.
If you withdraw 8 days or more before the start date either:
- A Refund of the course fee less $10 Administration charge or
- A Voucher for the course fee
If you withdraw less than 8 days prior to the start date: You receive a voucher for the course fee less $10 Administration charge.
No refund once the course has started.
Change of Address
Please let us know of any changes of address, phone numbers or e-mail in case we need to contact you.
Returning Students
Please do not presume you are already enrolled for the following term unless your course fee has been received and receipted.
Enrolment of School Students
Community education is funded for adults 16 years and over.
Non-permanent Residents
Non-permanent residents may enrol in courses if there are spaces available but must provide their passport to the Office, and pay an additional fee for the course. Please check with the College Office for more information.
Textbooks
Where your course requires a textbook we order on your behalf, for example, Spreadsheets and your enrolment is received within the week before the course start date, the cost of freight will be passed on to you.
Health & Safety
People who are not enrolled in courses are not permitted to attend classes (this includes participants' children). Class rolls will be used in the event of an evacuation to comply with Health and Safety requirements.
Please note that disability access is available for ground floor classrooms only.
First Night and Class Location
On the first night assemble in the Hall for the introduction to your tutor. Your tutor will direct you to your classroom.
A map of course locations for your information is placed near the Hall steps.
Please bring a pen and paper so you can take notes
Parking
Please use the identified parking spaces and observe No Parking restrictions. Do not park on the grass. Leave access ways clear for Emergency Services at all times. Make sure your vehicle is locked and items like cell phones are not visible.
Changes to Programme
In the case of unforeseen circumstances we reserve the right to change the advertised programme and/or tutor. Every effort will be made to advertise such changes.
Complaints
We endeavour to make the College a safe environment for all involved. If you have a complaint please contact the College Office so we can rectify the issue. In resolving complaints we follow the Grievance Policy as set by the Board of Trustees.
No Smoking
Queen Elizabeth College is SMOKEFREE. This includes all areas of the school (buildings and grounds).
