House Information

The House System at Queen Elizabeth College

All students belong to one of four houses within the school.The houses are Kauri, Matai, Rimu and Totara.

House meetings are held every fortnight (alternating with assemblies) and are a good chance to oragnise and prepare for the various house activities.

House Competitions and House Points

Throughout the school year there are opportunities for inter house competitions, which contribute to house points for each of the houses. The competitions include events such as athletics and swimming sports, the House Concert as well as lunchtime inter house competitions.
