Car Sense for Owners
Why does my car go "ping, ping"? Together we will cover the basics of car maintenance. You will learn about cooling systems, electrical systems, oil changing, body components, brakes, steering and exhaust systems. We will look at diagnosing breakdowns and coping with accidents. Each session will have a theory time and hands-on practical experience with flexibility to cover any vehicle maintenance related issues. Course Fee: $45

Interior Design
Have fun learning the theory behind interior design and together we will hunt out solutions to practical concerns. We will cover colour, texture, pattern, paint effects, window dressings, flooring, furniture and lighting. We will also look at low cost approaches to revamping rooms in your house. To assist you with your designs, please bring along some coloured pencils. Includes a half day field trip on Saturday (date negotiated to suit class) to visit shops. Course Fee: $45

Picture Framing
An introduction to the practical skills of picture framing for beginners. You'll cover cutting mounts, mitring, glazing and delivering a finished product to take home. Your course fee includes materials to frame your own picture, A4 size or less. Please bring your picture to the first class. Additional materials available for purchase from the tutor. Course Fee: $68

Picture Framing - Advanced
You must have completed the Picture Framing course before enrolling in this course. This course will allow you to complete unfinished projects or to work on more complex/challenging picture framing projects with the assistance of an expert tutor. Please bring along the item(s) to be framed. Materials can be purchased from the tutor.

Maintenance Around The House
Learn how to carry out minor maintenance like stopping a dripping tap, replacing a 3 pin plug, fixing a cupboard door or window that is sticking, attaching security stays to a window or extra locks on doors. Learn how to repair dents or holes in gib board walls. Others topics by request. Course fee: $36
