Year 9

Students in Year 9 complete a core course of subjects, which from the start of 2014 includes Literacy and Numeracy. Students will also need to choose 4 options over the course of Year 9, 2 options for Terms 1 and 2 as well as 2 options for Terms 3 and 4. Options include the various Technologies, Languages, the Arts and a Junior Academy.

Year 10

Year 10 students also complete a course of core subjects as well as choosing 4 options over the course of Year 10, consisting of 2 options for Terms 1 and 2 as well as 2 options for Terms 3 and 4. Opions include the various Technologies, Languages, The Arts and the Junior Academy.

The Reo Rua is our bilingual class, that is available for Year 9 and Year 10 students.

Year 11

Students complete a course of student to achieve NCEA Level 1.

Years 12 and 13

Students have the flexibity to choose their subjects aligned with their individual needs and possible career choices.

The Services Academy is available for students at Year 12 or Year 13 who have a interest in joining  variety of services.

Queen Elizabeth College offers opprtunities for enrolment of adult students.
